Mr. Sar Kinal – Managing Director
A Driving Force in Cambodian Business and Development
Kinal, the Managing Director of Aplus Consulting, Cambodia's leading manpower outsourcing firm, embodies visionary leadership. His dedication extends beyond business success, with a deep commitment to human development and social impact.
Kinal's impressive academic background is complemented by experience managing projects funded by esteemed institutions like the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. Under his guidance, Aplus has seen phenomenal growth, expanding from a team of under 100 to over 1,000 employees, serving both multinational corporations and local companies.
Kinal's influence extends far beyond the boardroom. He actively contributes to various non-profit organizations, including serving as Vice President of the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC). He was also a co-founder and Board Director of the Cambodia-Japan Association for Business and Investment (CJBI) and the Human Resources Association of Cambodia (HRAC). Through these roles, Kinal champions education, job creation, and a thriving business environment, ultimately fostering economic growth for Cambodian society.
Mr. Yeong Sophai – Head of Operation
Mr. Sophai also has more than 18 years experiences working as an HR professional with local and multinational companies. He’s worked in various industries from hospitality to beverages to telecommunication. His knowledge and expertise position him as a leading professional in providing consultation to any companies on HR-related challenges. Mr. Sophai holds two bachelor degrees, from Norton University in Information Technology, and from Institute of Foreign Languages in International Studies.
Ms. Ly Samedy – Head of Finance and Tax
Ms. Samedy has over 15 years of working experiences managing and executing the accounting, finance and taxation for various industries such as trading, distribution, manufacturing, etc. Her roles at Aplus include interpreting financial data, performing financial forecasts, mitigating financial risks, and managing company’s financial flow, to name a few. She is a current candidate for ACCA certification and a certified tax agent as recognized by NAC. Her experience and expertise position her as a highly knowledgeable consultant in accounting, finance, and tax sector.
