Position Graphic Design & Video Editing, Senior Officer

  • Develop and design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various marketing materials including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations;
  • Create visually engaging and innovative designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives;
  • Edit and produce compelling video content for promotional, informational, and social media purposes;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms;
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth;
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our creative output;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects;
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve…..);
  • Strong video editing skills, with experience in producing and editing videos for various platforms;
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color;
  • Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients;
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.


  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
