  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, both through cold calling and networking, to introduce our HR services and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our HR services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Work closely with the HR services team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery for new clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's HR services and expand the client base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3 years of successful sales experience in HR services, B2B services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, outsourcing, and relevant industry trends is an advantage.
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
