Position Junior Officer, HR Operation

  • Manage admin tasks for outsource operation;
  • Recruitment for existing projects need and the future projects;
  • Organize SCE and Clients database;
  • Handle related admin tasks of operation team and control stock;
  • Establishing talent pools for existing projects need and the future projects (social media, referral program, workshop, events, etc.);
  • Supplying SCEs upon client's request with timeline base;
  • Facilitate, support, train and develop team/site of assigned projects under scope of work;
  • Facilitate induction and on boarding process of new joiners by assigned projects;
  • Handle SCE’s master list and collect SCEs’ time sheet on assigned projects;
  • Handle and manage PPE required by assigned projects;
  • Manage related admin tasks on assigned projects;
  • Other tasks as assigned by management;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related field;
  • Good at customer services (external/internal) and high patient;
  • Knowledge of HR services implementation in company or organization (is a plus);
  • Be able to organize resources when needed for outsource operations;
  • Ability to follow up on own, update and manage up well;
  • Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Excel);


  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
