Position Assistant Manager, Recruitment Services

  • Partner with clients to gain a clear view of their hiring needs.
  • Devise and execute a targeted research strategy.
  • Network and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
  • Map role criteria, define position descriptions, and document specifications.
  • Track and identify prospective candidates through various channels.
  • Assess candidates to ensure they meet qualifications, fit the company culture, and are compatible.
  • Lead, oversee, supervise, and train staff under supervision.
  • Headhunt critical positions.
  • Conduct interviews, follow up on references, and check credentials.
  • Lead recruitment activities and events, and build a professional network with potential talents.
  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings and follow up on recruitment progress status.
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in designing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy, ideally within various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in employing diverse sourcing techniques and conducting in-depth candidate assessments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and teamwork.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, and training junior team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ethical and discreet handling of sensitive information during the hiring process.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.


  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
