Position Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients;
  • Engage with potential clients to explain Aplus's service and encourage purchases;
  • Answer clients' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed;
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled client appointments, and handle client complaints;
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing clients to determine the most suitable service purchase options;
  • Arrange sales-related events and perform post-event sales activities;
  • Be the company’s brand ambassador and deliver positive branding image to target clients;
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audiences;
  • Manage, coach, and develop sales team as needed to achieve sales target;
  • Track KPIs to ensure exceptional performance of sales team;
  • Prepare monthly sales performance report;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by sales manager;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business English, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred;
  • 3-5 years of sales, with proven track record of achieving sales target;
  • At least 2 year experience in team management, and performance management tracking;
  • Possess sound knowledge and understanding of sales process and/or HR services;
  • Possess strong knowledge of event arrangement and execution;
  • Have team spirit and easy to get along with people;
  • High commitment, hardworking, motivated, and driven by sales number achievement;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
  • Enjoy meeting new people and willing to participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours;
  • Pro-active and flexible and can operate under pressure;
  • Have some social media and digital marketing skills (is a plus);
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Possess exceptional customer-service attitude and skill;
