Position Manager, HR Consulting Services

  • Handle on presenting the product and services to the prospective clients;
  • Handle on preparation and submitting the quotation to the clients and close sales (HR Consulting Services);
  • Handle on responding client' inquiry and request;
  • Advise clients on the administration of HR policies, HR process and procedures;
  • Assist in designing HR policy, HR forms, HR quality procedure, standard of operation (SOP);
  • Serve as HR Consultant by analyzing client's current HR programs and recommending solutions;
  • Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects for clients;
  • Deliver training, coaching and consultation to the clients;
  • Manage the process of delivery of HR consulting services to the clients;
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, HRM or related field;
  • 3-4 years of HR policies/SOP development and training;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships build on trust;
  • Time management, project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures is an advanced;
  • Well understanding of Cambodian labor and employment law;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
