1.     Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and evaluate the team of recruiters to ensure they deliver exceptional recruitment services.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.

2.     Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent & clients, including passive candidates.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements.

3.     Process Improvement:

  • Revise and optimize current recruitment processes, forms, records, and databases to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Implement best practices and keep abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

4.     Recruitment Performance and Metrics:

  • Establish recruitment performance metrics and monitor the team's progress toward targets.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics reports to senior management.

5.     Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends in the job market, salary benchmarks, and talent shortages.
  • Make informed recruitment decisions based on data-driven insights.

6.     Networking and Partnerships:

  • Cultivate and expand the company's professional network by building relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other relevant partners.
  • Initiate and maintain digital career channels to reach potential candidates effectively.

7.     Recruitment System Management:

  • Manage the Recruitment System to build and maintain talent pools, client databases, and partnerships effectively.

8.     Budgeting:

  • Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet recruitment goals.

9.     Employer Branding:

  • Recommend strategies to improve the company's employer brand and enhance its reputation in the job market.

-           Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field

-           5+ years of experience in leading HR, especially recruitment department

-           Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices

-           Experience in a variety of recruitment functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

-           Possess reporting, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

-           Proficient in English for business communication or IELTS 6.0 Equivalent

-           Ability to leverage digital technology for talent assessment and enhancing productivity

-           Ability to think strategically, and to develop business concepts and framework

-           Ability to adapt to agile and innovative working environment

-           Possesses values of integrity, client-centric, innovation, excellent, and optimism

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
