  • Initiates and carries out the strategy and annual action plans for maximizing profitability in Recruitment Services Department, in line with the company strategy;
  • Keeps a closer look at the markets trend, competition, and external environment which could be a potential impact to the business; and seeks for the opportunity to gain the competitive advantages in the market;
  • Sets the departmental and individual performance target, monitors, and provides on-going coaching, on-the-job training and feedback to Recruitment Executives and Assistant Managers to ensure they are capable of performing the job as expected;
  • Builds talent pipelines for current and future job openings;
  • Develops and keeps the recruitment processes, procedures, systems, and knowledge up to the trend of contemporary HR practice, market competition, and the change in technology;
  • Builds the company’s professional network through relationships with senior HR professionals, colleges, institutions, chambers, and other recruitment partners (local and international);
  • Works as Aplus’s representative in offering talent-related solutions and consultation to the clients and enterprises;
  • Collaborate with other departments for fulfilling the manpower requirement both for internal and for other projects;
  • Ensures the working environment are inspired and engaged;
  • Performs other necessary ad-hoc tasks which might be requested by Head of Operation.


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in leading HR, especially recruitment department
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
  • Experience in a variety of recruitment functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Possess reporting, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in English for business communication or IELTS 6.0 equivalent
  • Ability to leverage digital technology for talent assessment and enhancing productivity
  • Ability to think strategically, and to develop business concepts and framework
  • Ability to adopt to agile and innovative working environment
  • Possesses values of integrity, client-centric, innovation, excellent, and optimism


  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
